OFFICE STATUS


Our office is open, but we continue to be cautiously optimistic regarding opening our office up to visitors. Currently our office is open to visitors upon request.
Please see below options available to get us your tax information:

  • Drop off in person: If you are dropping off your documents, the office door will be locked. Please ring the doorbell and someone will come to the door to accept the package or assist you between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. We are also open on weekends during March and April.
  • Courier: Our courier service is available to clients who live within the GTA. Please call United Messenger at (416) 736-4040 by 10:30 AM for same-day pickup and delivery. Kindly mention that you are a Mike Holloway client.
  • Canada Post: For clients that live outside of the GTA and would like to mail us their documents, please use Canada Post.
  • Onvio: You can upload your tax documents to our secure online portal, Onvio.ca. If you do not have an account yet, and you are interested in using our portal, please contact us and we will send you an invitation to register for Onvio.ca.
  • Email: When emailing tax documents, please be careful to use a password to secure any documents that include a Social Insurance Number (SIN). If you are password protecting a document, please call us to confirm the password so we can access your files.
  • Fax: You can fax us your documents to (905) 453-7876.

JOIN ONVIO.ca - OUR SECURE ONLINE PLATFORM!

Our office continues to make changes to streamline the tax return process while also reducing our carbon footprint.

We are excited to share that our continuing use of Onvio.ca has been very successful! We have been finding new ways to prepare your tax information as efficiently as possible amidst the changes in the technology that we use. Thank you to all clients who have joined us!

What is Onvio?

It is a secure system for transferring documents to and from our office. This online platform provides access to a portal for all documents and files that we share with each other, organized in one place, rather than sending them via email. All documents will be secure, as your account can only be accessed by logging in with your email address and a password created by you. Onvio is also a way for us to give you access to soft copies of your personal income tax returns after they have been filed. We can also use it to forward you soft copies of financial statements and corporate tax returns if you are a corporate client.

Onvio also serves as an electronic filing cabinet going forward. You can access historical tax documents from prior years through Onvio.ca whenever you want.
